Placements
Placements: Placements in the Institutions are conducted under the aegis of the “Training & Placement Department’ which is essentially the most competent body of the group, under the able guidance of Senior Management Experts, dedicated for committed Training & Placement Officers. DBIT Group, amongst the one of the rare Institutions, provides Summer Training to 100% students of Pre Final Year Students of all courses as prescribed by the University . 157+ National and Multinational Companies have found DBITians suitable for respective Job profiles.
It is a matter of pride for Training & Placement Cell that all students of last two Passout batches of from Dehradun have already been placed in companies of repute. Moreover several students got more than Four Offer Letters . More than 262 students that will pass out in July-2012 have already been placed one year before their course completion. Several other companies are going to conduct their campus placements in current year.

Central library: The Library (learning Resource Centre) plays a vital role in providing & nurturing knowledge and aiding in learning & teaching activities. The primary purpose of the library is to support teaching, research, academic and management programs. The Library is well–stocked with a wide range of books, journals, news papers, statistics, periodicals, prescribed titles and the reference material. It is available to students from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. The library catalogue containing details of all titles held is maintained for quick reference. A large number of journals are also available on regular subscription and more are on the way.
The Institute has a well – stocked library, consisting of reading rooms, references and lending sections. The Institute library has nearly 15,000 books and more than 3,000 titles in the field of Engineering and Humanities. Along with a rich collection of journals and periodicals on different topics, the library also has a wide and relevant collection of CD ROMs on various related subjects. The library can boost of world wide data search through Internet and e-mail, VCP, colour TV, Audio-Visual aids on different subjects and reprographic facility available to the students.
Hostel: A Guest House comprising of AC and Non-AC rooms is available on nominal charges.
