Placements: The placement cell is headed by a full-time placement officer with responsibilities such as arranging

Besides, the cell arranges programmes to improve the personality and communication skills of students The cell also periodically conducts  Aptitude test, Group discussions, Mock interviews and technical tests. Guidance is also offered for pursuing higher studies and research both in India and abroad  Excellent facilities for conducting campus interviews like two Air-Conditioned Seminar halls with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for making presentations capacity ranging from 100 to 500 seats, huge halls for conducting tests, air conditioned conference room for conducting Group Discussions and Personal Interviews, etc.. We also have an excellent guesthouse offering both boarding and lodging with A/C suites and all modern amenities for the recruiters to stay in the campus.

As an answer to this question whether there are any parameters which enable an aspirant to demarcate a good institution from the rest-there are two essential parameters. They are the award of accreditation given by NBA of AICTE, New Delhi and the Best Engineering College Award given by ISTE, New Delhi. In this context, it is modestly stated that PSNACET went for accreditation in 2003 and got all its UG courses accredited for a period of 3 years. Since then, our institution made rapid strides in academic performance, infrastructure development, employability of its graduates, staff welfare, service to the society, strengthening its industry institution interaction, and research and extension work, These hardest efforts were well appreciated by the National Board of Accrediation (NBA), when the institution went for a renewal of accreditation in the year 2006.

Central library: The Library is functioning in a separate building having a built up area of 2200 Sqm and it has a seating capacity of 216.  In addition to the Central library, there are departmental libraries in each department, which borrows books from the main library for quick reference. The library has more than 73,500 volumes of books covering all disciplines of engineering and technology, science & humanities & Management.
These collections include printed books, reports, theses, standards, atlases; question bank and back volumes of journals.
The library has a collection of about 6,000 non book materials which includes educational oriented CDs, audio & video cassettes.
The Central library currently subscribes more than 700 scholarly journals under the AICTE INDEST consortium. The library provides On-line access to a large number of full-text journals from Springer, IEEE & INFORMS.  Apart from the E-journals, the library subscribed 294 print versions of the journals from various publishers.

Events

Annual Feast:

Every year, Our college organizes an Alumni get together in which the old students of our college meet under one forum so that they can discuss and exchange their knowledge and ideas. The association organizes Guest lectures, Industrial visits for our present students and also helps in recruitment.

Alumni chapters are inaugurated in Chennai, Bangalore, Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai. Alumni Association has organized a re-union programme at the college Auditorium. 40 alumni and final year students of 2005 batch attended the Alumni Day.
