R.D. Engineering College is one of the pioneering institutions established by the Rameshwar Dayal Educational Trust. The institute has been founded as a Self-financing institute. This college is situated at 8th K.M. Mile stone from Ghaziabad on N.H 58, Delhi-Meerut Road , Duhai, Ghaziabad . The College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), Ministry of H.R.D., Government of India & State government. The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow .

Central library: The Library is the main learning resource of the college and provides services and facilities to meet the requirements of teaching, training , research and consultancy projects. It has established infrastructure such as a reading room, a reference section, journal section, online access and student’s lockers. It ensures accessibility to the books for 24 hrs. It is equipped with a large number of text and reference books and a plethora of Indian and Foreign Journals and magazines. The library is also enriched with all audio visual academic resources. Up-gradation of the library is a continuous process as per the requirements of the students and the faculty. For the benefit of the students/ faculty it provides Xerox facilities during the working hours.

Hostel: A holistic living ambience contributes significantly to superior academic performance. The accommodation  offered by  R D Engineering College Hostels is designed to provide a spirit of independence and freedom. Nevertheless, they are as secure as your home. The hostel accommodation at R D Engineering College Hostels promote a quality life-style. The accommodation is spacious, fully furnished, with plenty of storage space, power backup and 24-hour clean drinking water. In addition, for all immediate academic and personal problems, the students may enlist round-the-clock help from the staff on Center.

 Girl’s Hostel
The hostel accommodates upto 200 students and is set amidst green stretch of lawns. It has a spacious and comfortably furnished visitors rooms for the visiting guardians and a girl’s common room for their co-curricular activities and refreshment.  The campus hostel offers a multi-cuisine dinner providing mouth watering homemade food round the clock on all weekdays. The rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities such as reading desks, comfortable cushioned chairs , separate cub-boards, etc. for a pleasant stay of the inmates.  At our hostels, we take extra pains to ensure the safety and security of the inmates, it is given paramount importance.  The hostel at the campus offers a perfect blend of freedom and luxury in a carefully guarded compound.
