Placements
Placements: At DBIEM, we offer full support and assistance for the placement to all the students. The institute has a dedicated Personality Development and Communication Team. The team assists the students right from making their CV, developing their communication skills and preparing them for interviews. This process involves many repeated sessions on the important topics such as motivation, confidence building, body language, grooming and arranging mock interviews. The team is highly skilled and holds necessary experience for the tasks in question.
The activities of the PD and Communication team are rightly complimented by the Training and Placement Cell, which has actively organised a few Job Fairs and Placement drives. Considering the fact that it is still early days of DBIEM, the team has proven itself with good results so far, and more importantly is improving with every passing day.
