Placements

The Training & Placement Office, UCET,Vinoba Bhave University,Hazaribagh facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of intern ship and training program of students. UCET provides full support to students as far as all corporate interactions and placements are concerned.

Facilities

Basic Infrastructure:

UCET, Hazaribag is has own campus of land in the VBU University Hazaribag. Department have its own laboratories, computer facilities and their libraries. Indoor game facilities are also provided in the college. The college campus has an all time working Post Office, U.B.I. Bank and S.B.I. bank with ATM facility. The campus has a satisfactory sports infrastructure including several grounds meant for outdoor and indoor games. The sport facilities include a Gymnasium which is equipped with all the modern facilities and students develop their physique by regularly visiting the place.
Central Library: UCET, Hazaribag feels great pride in processing a mammoth library with more than 10,000 books. The library possesses a multi-storied, multi-corridor building with modern amenities like elevators, internet facilities etc. The library caters the needs of the UG & PG students by subscribing journals of national and international interests.

Workshops: At the pioneer of all the assets are unique workshop facilities which our institute posses. The students are trained in different skills through various workshop viz carpentry, foundry, smithy, fitting, milling, machine shop, welding shop & sheet metal shop. Unanimously these workshops collectively provide a remarkable practical knowledge.

IT Infrastructure: UCET, Hazaribag has one of the fine infrastructures among engg. institutions in the country. It includes servers and campus wide networking. The entire campus is connected on optic fiber backbone & wi-fi to provide internet facility enabling the students to have 24-hours access to all learning resources on the college internet & internet from their hostel rooms. The institute�s computing infrastructure offers a wide range of hardware & software platform to enable its fraternity to appreciate the wide gamut tools. Each department of the Institute boasts of its own state-of-art computer lab which provides the students with an opportunity to learn the intricacies of various software package like oracle, Apache Tomcat server, Lisp, PROLOG, LINUX, Rational Rose, ON N- computing etc.

Classrooms: Spacious classroom equipped with overhead projectors, make the environment conducive to learning. All department have common seminar hall which provide platform to conduct seminar and symposia all round the year to keep the students aware of the changes happening all round the globe.

Seminar Hall: The campus is kept alive by the seminars, symposia, cultural and technical activates etc. All the year round. The college has seminar hall with capacity of more than hundred persons. All mega events of various clubs and societies are held here on a regular basis.
