    Google’s New Self Driving Car.

This is the first look of Google’s new self driving car.

Google is building self-driving vehicles designed to operate safely and autonomously without requiring human intervention.

This magnificent car has 2 seats with seat belts, space for passengers' belongings, buttons to start and stop, and a screen that shows the route.

The Google Self-Driving Car is a project by Google that involves developing technology for autonomous cars. The software powering Google's cars is called Google Chauffeur. Lettering on the side of each car identifies it as a "self-driving car"

According to Chris Urmson, director of Goggle’s Self-Driving Car Project, the prototype vehicles won’t have a steering wheel, accelerator pedal, or brake pedal. Instead, software and sensors will take over the tasks normally executed by a driver. The cars have few dashboard controls, no glove box and no stereo, and the speed for now is capped at 25 mph (40 km/h) allowing engineers to minimize the risk of crashes during testing.

The company plans to build about 100 prototype vehicles and begin testing them later this summer. If everything goes well, Google then will run a small pilot program in California over the next few years.
