M Salman, 25, was arrested in Thiruvanathapuram August 20 He was charged under Article 124 A of the IPC (sedition) for allegedly "sitting and booing" when the national anthem was played in the theater.
Salman was also charged under Article 66A of the Information Technology in India for posting abusive messages social media on the Independence Day on August 15
Thiruvananthapuram court denied bail Salman for the second time on 6 September. The 25-year-old is now facing a life sentence or the charges are proved against him. "
