  • Sony launches World Thinnest Android T.V: 4.9 mm at the Thinnest Point

    Sony Company has announced the launched of what it claims to be the world's thinnest television (the new X9000C Series 4K LCD televisions) till date. The television is reported to have a thickness of about 4.9 mm in the thinnest point.

    The television set is also claiming to be smart TV which comes with the new 4K Processor X1 and runs on Google's Android TV platform. The Os will allow easy streaming of videos and will be a paradise for gaming.

    With the inclusion of the new processor, the company believes to get a much better performance regarding clarity, colour accuracy and contrast.

    X9000C Series 4K LCD televisions come with two different sizes with 55 inch and 65 inch.

    The price of the television set has not been released; however the company says that the television will be available in Q3.
