Have you tried Facebook Messenger’s New Free Video Calls?
Facebook has been working to connect its users face to face regardless of what mobile they use or what server they connect. With this sole aim Facebook has added a new feature to Facebook messenger which will allows the users to enjoy free VOIP video calls over cellular and Wi-Fi for iOS and Android.
The feature is now launched to the US, Canada, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Laos, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay. Video calling feature of the messenger will not charge you for the call except for the data charges.
If the feature is activated in your account you will see a video camera icon in the top of your screen and just tapping it will start the video call. One advantage of the video call is that it automatically adjusts the quality of the call as according to the speed of your connection. Moreover, it will give the option to turn off the video feed to make the other person’s high quality.
The feature has not added to the android and iOS app stores, but believes that it will soon update the feature and Facebook messenger video calling option will soon be available for all.
