  • BITSAT Exam 2019-Fee, Eligibility and Syllabus

    Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT) is again one of the most sought after entrance Exam in India offering 2600 seats to aspiring candidates among 3 campuses-BITS Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa. The examination is conducted only through Online Mode.

    BITSAT has released its tentative date for Application form in 3rd week of December 2019 and exams would be scheduled in the 3rd or last week of May. As the examination mode would be just online, candidates would have to pay the application fee through credit/debit card or net banking. The Application fee for the exam is INR 2450 for female and INR 2950 for male. This application fee is not refundable.


    BITS is one of the Premier private engineering college in India that enjoys its campus overseas in Dubai, The students opting for entrance examination in Dubai have their application fee to be INR 4000.

    Bits conducts entrance examination on university level and students are advised to carefully go through the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form. Every year around 3 lakh applications apply for this entrance exam. Only the students who have passed 12th with physics, chemistry, maths and a good grade in English on 2018 or would be appearing in 2019 can fill the application forms. Students should score and adequate score of 75% in PCM/PCB for admission to this university. Students who are currently studying in any of the BITS campuses are not eligible to apply.

    The examination would be of three hours. The types of questions in BITSAT would be multiple choice. Negative marking is also there for every incorrect answer. Admit Cards for the Examination would be available in the second week of April.

    Students can prepare themselves for the examination by studying NCERT books. Students can get admission in the subjects mentioned below

    (ii) BITS, Pilani – K. K. Birla Goa Campus:
