The institute is committed to efficaciously enhance and expand, even beyond national boundaries, its contribution to the betterment of technical education. It aims to be a provider of globally competitive, high quality technical human power and to promote and significantly contribute towards development of technologies and innovations appropriate to sustainable economic growth and enrichment of quality of life.
In the words of our esteemed director, Dr. P. Chakrabarti “The mission of MNNIT to excel in the field of technology in the backdrop of glorious intellectual and cultural life of the city makes it the most preferred destination for young students aspiring to emerge as successful technologists.”
Over the years, MNNIT Allahabad has identified and inspired young talent and infused in them the drive to initiate and innovate. Working closely in line with this ideology, it presents Avishkar 2011, one of the largest techno-management symposiums of the country. Keeping up the tradition of creating waves in the technological and corporate cosmos, Avishkar serves as the formative pedestal for innovators, technocrats, corporate bigwigs and future visionaries. It is home ground to techno-geeks and leaders of tomorrow to stand out in the international arena.
This three day festival hosted this year from 23rd to 25th September witnesses the conflux of over 6000 enthusiasts hailing from 550 colleges across the nation. It grants these young minds an unparagoned opportunity to showcase their talent and evince their ideas which may lay the groundwork for the next cutting edge technology. It instills in them the streak to ideate, the drive to innovate and the hunger to create what the rest of the world cannot yet conceive.
