Buggy Outlook2010. Here's one issue I resolved today! (some jokes at the end :-) )

Office 2010 is awesome. But I can't say the same for Outlook 2010!
Last night, Outlook 2010 on my Windows7 said: "Outlook has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working. Windows will notify you if a solution is available". Really!!! What a silly error message! It just wouldn't open after that. I could open it in Safe mode though; so I was good for a while.
I raised a Remedy. Our IT folk and I tried for a while and finally gave up and decided to say goodbye to Office2010 and back to Office2007 just for Outlook.
Got a few minutes after coffee in the evening today to dig deeper before I let go of the entire Office2010 suite. Forums and answers on the internet didn't help much. Lot of ppl with the same problem. But no genuine answer. So here's what I did:
1. Opened Outlook in Safe mode (Ctrl+Click Outlook.exe)
3. Backed up a few dlls that were listed under active add-ins and deleted the originals from the paths
4. Closed and reopened Outlook in normal mode and Bingo!
Here's a list of the add-in dll's that I removed from their original paths:
a. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\SOCIALCONNECTOR.dll (This is a facebook add-in. But it??wasn't the culprit since I tried??opening with this one deleted)
b. C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP QuickLook\PimOutlookAddin_NOFVE.dll
c. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ADDINS\ColleagueImport.dll
d. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\GROOVEEX.dll
One of these was the culprit. Hope it helps others who want to give up on Office2010 just because Outlook2010 is buggy.
And now, some jokes to celebrate my rescue of Outlook 2010 and thereby Office 2010:
Rajnikanth will never have a heart attack. His heart isn't foolish enough to attack him.
Rajnikanth counted to infinity - twice.
Rajnikanth once broke the land speed record on a bicycle that was missing its chain and the back tire.
Rajnikanth can kill two stones with one bird.
Rajnikanth doesn't wear a watch. He decides what time it is.
