Sunrise is looking for Business Development Manager/ Inside Sale Manager with prior experience selling any of below in the North American Market.

Experience :

* 7-12 year in effective IT service telemarketing experience (essentially new prospect appointment setting)

* Need to have minimum 3 years in selling IT services in US geography

* Team Management ( At least handled an team of 5-6 Member )

Responsibilities:

* High level appointment setting or lead generation is the key focus for this role

* Sourcing prospective clients through cold calling and arrange meetings with C level executives and Procurement Heads.

* Should be able to set up a steady stream of high quality new business meetings for the sales teams in North America.

Required:

* Fluent in English Should be well exposed to North American IT services market with good understanding of US culture and accent

* Able to talk on phone with ease and confidence

* Basic Knowledge of IT services industry and experience in selling to Government, Banking, Financial, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom & Healthcare life sciences Industries will be an advantage

* Should have a clear cold calling processes understanding and must have delivered results repeatedly

* Should be target and goal oriented with sound business ethic and willing to take ownership.

* To maintain and keep in constant touch with target audience

* Documenting all sourcing and communications
