CHANGE MANAGER (O & P) is a senior level role that calls for professionals (Degree in IT or equivalent) with excellent communication skills, outstanding presentation skills and a professional attitude;
This position requires the ability not only to manage technical changes in infrastructure & systems, but requires a matured person with experience in managing overall organization changes, particularly to manage different end-users and the stakeholders to accept major process changes.
Applicants should be experienced in handling challenging stakeholders; and must be good at convincing functional teams of the need and nuances for change;
Experience in strategic and Organizational Change Management covering stakeholder engagement, process analysis, process re-engineering, communication planning & training are keys to effectiveness in this position.
A broad overview of ERP functionalities and mentoring skills would be added qualifications for this position.
Some understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is advantageous.
Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of the Change Management methodology and its application especially related to business application projects.
Candidates should ensure that the Change Management methodology is applied effectively in the project.
Change Manager will report to the Solution Manager and work with the Program Manager to understand program Change Management requirements in order to best deliver new IT products and/or solutions.

Experience years: 12 to 15 yrs.
