To plan, manage and deliver contracts, starting from transfer meeting with commercial manager through to contractual delivery conditions. To ensure contract performance criteria meeting contract milestones, high level customer satisfaction and improvement margin and cash values.
Contract Delivery and performance: Totally responsible all GCB contracts / purchase orders are fulfilled to specification, budget controlled, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives for cash, sales turnover and gross margin are met.
Contract Review and Risk & Opportunity Management: Shall ensure that full project review and risk & opportunity management process is fully implemented in accordance with business guidelines.
Contracts financial results: Ensure all financial requirements of the GCB contracts including customer invoicing on line with contract milestone dates, cash-in improvement, and payment follow up.
Customer relation: Maintain contact with key customers level to ensure business reputation is conducive to receiving follow up business and deal with any significant dissatisfaction issues. Contract performance to be measured to ensure that expectations are being met, contract requirements met.
Communication / Reporting management: Take responsibility for all aspects of communication for overall GCB Contracts in charge. Ensure good, transparent and effective reporting and deliver all documents in a timely manner so that progress can be fully communicated.
EHS: Ensure EH&S provisions for GCB contract team and customers are met at site.
Education:(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Experience years: 9 to 14 yrs.
