Should have experience in telecom domain and should be able to provide operations excellence:
Team member for supporting one or more of the activities to support the Oracle Stack & Applications in Telecom domain (Oracle CRM, BRM, ASAP / Fusion, AIA, Integration of above products)
Resolve issues / incidents on time and meeting the agreed SLAs and reporting
Should have worked on telecom domain like Billing, Provisioning, Retail, Care etc.
Successful launch of the service including operational readiness.
Interfacing with multiple teams i.e. Development / Support / Deployment
Incident management, Escalation & Resolution

Solution & delivery within SLA
Compliancy to internal and external guidelines, processes and policies Team performance/productivity KPIs
Successful project participation and contribution team work
Should have relevant 4+ years of proven experience in Telecom IT systems
Experience in Oracle Applications stack Oracle CRM, BRM, ASAP / Fusion, AIA, Integration of similar products)
Working knowledge of Oracle DB and infrastructure (Operating Systems, Networks, Hardware)
Working knowledge of Java / J2EE, Oracle DB / SQL, Unix environment
Excellent Project management skills
Experience of working in team that delivers a high availability service.
IT Service Delivery Experience in Application Operation support.
Design and maintain technical and Project documentation.
Knowledge of telecom domain in a Telecom Operator environment
Experience years: 4 to 9 yrs
