Minimum 4-6 Years of overall experience out of which minimum 3-5 years of experience in GDC Program Operations.
MBA or significant experience in similar roles.
Experience in managing projects through project initiation and all subsequent stage gateways, including user training, user documentation, project implementation and post-implementation activities.
Proven ability to roll out and embed best practice project management processes.
Proven experience of Project Planning, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, Dependency Management and Reporting.
Practical experience of managing day to day issues arising without supervision.
Strong analytical and literacy skills in interpretation of business, Financial & Operations reports.
Effective balance of organizational & Customers expectations and strategic directions.
Excellent presentation skills, recognizing the requirement for regular engagement with senior stakeholders in areas such as program and project cost / benefit projections and key program and project risks / mitigation measures.
Comprehensive understanding of project governance requirements including key project roles such as Project Sponsor and Accountable Executive.
Good working knowledge of MS Office including strong PowerPoint, Excel and Project skills, in order to e.g. extract, manipulate and report programme / project financial and narrative information.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative way, including providing a challenge to programme and project managers with regard to e.g. programme / project costs, benefits, risks and scope creep.
Evaluates alternative solutions and thinks creatively e.g. when reporting programme / project risks.
Attention to detail in the production of quality MIS for decision makers, whilst not losing sight of the 'big picture' and having consideration to the seniority / subject matter expertise of the target audience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Business Analysis support and co-ordination to the Business accounts.
Manage Internal Sales, Delivery and Customer VMO organizations.
Enable business to take informed decisions.
Ensure that regular Financial & Operational reporting on a timely, accurate manner.
Undertake responsibility for setting, implementing and managing policy for PMO.
Facilitate and lead necessary meetings involving leadership teams.
Responsible for publishing PMO deliverables on time with quality and accuracy.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress, performance to schedule and performance to budget of projects.
Assist with project risk and issue management and project change control.
Provide support for governance and routine meetings and reporting management.
Delivering operational support for project managers in terms of organization, documentation, co-ordination, follow-ups, processes and methodology.
Assisting team in achieving team's deliverables and initiatives.
