About this job
The Engineer should have more than 5 years hands on experience in embedded Board/Product design and involved in end to end design cycle involving Interaction with Industrial design team, Layout design team, Thermal Analysis team and SI analysis team during the Board/product design phase.
Engineer should be a good team player and develop and lead a team and should have played similar role in designing products in any one of the Telecommunications/ Handheld/ Multimedia/ computing/ Networking/ Power electronics and Industrial domain products.
The Engineer should have Good Knowledge and design experience on:
Multi layer board design concepts.
8051, ARM, Network processor, Multimedia processor, DSP, Power PC Architectures.
EEPROM, NAND/NOR Flash, SDRAM, DDR, DDRII, memory topologies and interfaces.
USB, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, PCI, PCIe, SPI, I2C, UART, LVDS, TDM and PCM interfaces.
TFT display, Keypad, CMOS image sensors, SATA, ATA CE ATA Hard disks, Industry standard audio & video port interfaces (SVideo, Composite video, HDMI, etc..)
Analog & Digital mixed signal and Power circuits design knowledge will be an added advantage.
Exposure to LAN, WAN, WLAN, Bluetooth, GSM modem interfaces.
Exposure to FPGA design will be an added advantage.
Hands on experience in ORCAD Schematics and good knowledge on Allegro/Power PCB tools
Good knowledge and problem solving techniques for signal integrity and EMI issues.
