Job Description

The position plays a critical role by developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and recruit the right talent and support the organization's growth plans. The incumbent is expected to effectively manage stakeholders, possess strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and practices, interviewing skills & candidate management .

Accountabilities

Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to support current/ future hiring, play the role of a Talent Advisor to the business, design recruitment solutions, guide & drive Recruiters to implement.
Develop strong understanding of assigned business function and its hiring needs in order to sustain & improve quality and alignment of recruitment support
Develop sourcing plans for individual positions or in support of a broad functional strategy & address any recruitment bottlenecks

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
5+yrs of experience in technical recruitment
