Spearheading the overall management of the Data Centre, user SLA commitments, performance, availability, response time, problem resolution, etc.
Ensuring effective Resource Management; System & Resource planning based on business forecast.
Supporting and deploying new technology/ projects in line with the business needs, ensuring smooth operations and high availability of the IT infrastructure with minimum downtime.
Managing the complete life cycles of the projects (internal & external) in coordination with business users, development team and vendors.
Implementing the Quality Control procedures to ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Managed the automation of workflows and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Interacting extensively with Help Desk teams to provide immediate support on pressing technical issues.
Generating weekly statistical and department performance reports for senior management review.
IT Risk Management And Improvement
(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Should have experience in managing Microsoft/Citrix centric environment
managing IT governance/ITIL frameworks
Experience managing business critical systems/applications/networks
Understands IT security/user access parameters
not an individual contributor but has had good experience managing a team of IT professionals
Understands Cloud Computing principles/frameworks - experience desired but not must
Ideally he/she should come from the banking or IT/ITES industry
Technologies Worked on: Should have sound knowledge in terms of Citrix VDI, Microsoft System center, Exchange , Lync , SharePoint, Server,Storage, LAN / WAN etc
Candidate must have been involved into project management
Experience years: 9 to 13 yrs.
