Need a Technical Support Manager to manage and lead technical support for a web-based childcare management software developed using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.

Customers report their support issues/questions in a web-based support system. Candidate will be responsible to review & understand client issues, discuss with development team and respond back to the client via the support system and/or emails.

On the job training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
