Coordinate and communicate with management to assess US- staffing needs.
-Must have clear understanding of the US Staffing Processes/ Techniques - W2/Contract /Corp to Corp/ H1 Transfers.
-Should have excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidate.
-Self Motivated Individual with adaptability and drive to learn
-Onsite experience to US is a big plus.
-The Ideal candidate should have atleast 8+ years of Full Life-Cycle Technical Recruiting (US Staffing) experience, where he is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function, team management and account management.
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
-Extensive experience identifying, interviewing, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating rates for applicants.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing and competitive environment.
-Must be detail-oriented with strong communications, relationship building, and team building skills.
-Must have excellent documentation, written and communication skills.
-Experience utilizing internet job boards (Dice, Monster, Hot jobs) and networking sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
-Efficiently manage existing accounts and contribute to increased revenue generation and will travel frequently to US for meeting with existing clients and employees.
