The entrance examinatin dates has been announced by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) for Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET 2013) & will be conducted in the month of February 2013. The RGUHS PGET entrance exam will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013. RGUHS PGET 2013 is an entrance examination conducted for admission to PG Degree and Diploma courses in Medical subjects and PG Degree and Diploma courses in Dental subjects in Government colleges and Government seats in Private Medical and Dental Colleges and Deemed Universities within the State of Karnataka, in respect of Government seats for the academic year 2013-14. Eligibility Criteria for RGUHS PGET 2013 He/She is a citizen of India. He/She must have studied and passed the courses leading to the award of MBBS/BDS degrees in colleges recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and Government of India established by law and located in Karnataka State. Candidate must be of Karnataka origin who has studied MBBS/BDS degrees in colleges outside Karnataka recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and Government of India and affiliated to any university established by law in India. Application Procedure for RGUHS PGET 2013 Candidate has to fill up an online application form from the official website. After completing the application candidate has to take the printout of it and paste the recent passport size photograph in the space provided. The print out of the filled-in application duly signed by the candidate has to be sent to university along with the required documents within the stipulated time. Paper Pattern for RGUHS PGET 2013 The entrance test will be conducted in English. There will be one question paper (booklet) of three hours duration consisting of 200 multiple choice questions. There will be eight versions of the question paper booklet and therefore serial number of question differs from version to version. Questions will be multiple choice types, each having one best response out of four alternatives. Answer sheet is of “Optical Mark Reader” (OMR) type with carbonless copy. OMR sheet is required to be marked as per instructions on it, using a black or blue ball point pen. Each question carries one mark. Correct answer will be awarded one mark. No Negative valuation.
