hey................this idea had came out in china....and they had presented a vehicle also......which rides with a speed of 70kmph with fuel efficency as 80kmpl........and the fuel is water(salt water,china tea,ordinary water)

guys this is readily available in western market.it matches face to face with IC engines.Although it fails on acceleartion as electricity transmission to the throttle is slow
