Results for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2014 have been declared. Candidates can view the results at the official website by entering their enrollment id and password. The GATE 2014 examinations were held online between February 1, 2014 and 2nd March 2, 2014.
The qualifying marks for GATE 2014 will be decided by a Committee for each individual GATE subject paper. A total of 22 subject papers were available under the examination. For 1-mark multiple-choice questions, 1/3 marks have been deducted for a wrong answer and for 2-mark multiple-choice questions, 2/3 marks have been deducted for a wrong answer. No negative marking has been applied for numerical answer type questions.

After the declaration of results the GATE 2014 score card will be mailed (by post) to the correspondence address submitted during application to all SC/ST and PwD candidates and to those candidates whose scores are equal or above the qualifying marks of OBC candidates in the respective paper. The GATE 2014 scores will be valid for two years from the date of the declaration of results.
