i got 1882 rank. can i get MBA tech in mumbai or shirpur?
how many candidates have been sent call letters on basis of merit list?

I have 3187 rank. Can I get B.tech mechanical or civil in Mumbai Campus? I've been waitlisted. What does that mean? How does it work for me? Help?

Everyone please dont ask same to same questions again. Read the previous posts and then reply. These are my predictions and I might be wrong.
Those who have rank less than 500 can get anything they want. MBA(Tech) EXTC might be not available for ranks after 400 during 1st counselling
Those who have rank in 500-1000 may be wont get MBA(Tech) IT MECH [allMumbai] in 1st counselling
Those who have rank in 1000-1500 also might not get MBA(Tech) CIVIL CHEM[all Mumbai] and may be BTech EXTC COMP[all Mumbai] & MBA(Tech) EXTC COMP MECH[Shirpur] in 1st counselling
Those who have rank in 1500-2500 will get the rest which is not mentioned above
Those who are wait listed dont worry. What happens is in 1st counselling 2500 students are called for counselling. Mostly all the seats gets occupied. If not then they call the wait listed students.
Even though the waitlisted students you are not called for counselling in this month dont worry you will be called later. As far as I know in my year after 16th august few seats of BTech Elex(Mumbai) BTech Civil(Mumbai & Shirpur) BTech IT(Shirpur) were vacant. So dont worry that you wont get admission in any field.
Also there will be students even though getting MBA(Tech) will take BTech so movement is ranks will be more

hi, i hav been called for the counselling for nmims MBATECH/B.TECH programme. my rank is 2193. which branch do i expect in either of the two? i know you dont everybody to ask the same question again but still it gives assurance you know please help? o I am okay with both mumbai and shirpur.

Getting MBA(Tech) at this rank would be diffcult. Might you can get MBA(Tech) CIVIL(both campus) . Btech shirpur you will get

Btech only .. IT/CIVIL/Elex
There is no Gujarati Quota.
This is a Private College
When you go for counselling that time they will tell you about Management Quota

Well its not like that. There might a majority. But the thing is students from all over the country come here. Its not like only Mumbai crowd.

is it worth it? I mean the fees are exorbitantly high ! 2.3 lakhs a year is not a joke. that too only tuition fees only.
So is it value for money???

I know fees is more. Facilities in the college is high tech. Full Ac College . High Tech Computer Lab . Infra is the best. Faculty is Decent
This is a private university so fees will be more only. Well for value for money I think I am not the right one to answer as I have joined last yr only.. Also many students who study here are outside Mumbai only. There will be something that students are coming from outside Mumbai in a huge number since they know that they have to pay other costs for living food etc..

mbatech mechanical started in 2010. from 2004-2009 it was mbatech manufacturing
