  • Making outbound calls for resolving queries/verification
  • Solving customer queries.
  • Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
  • Good communiction skills
  • Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
  • Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
For face to face round kindly walk in between 10 am to 4 pm between Monday to Saturday

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Undergraduates / Graduates from any discipline.
  • Good command over spoken English & Hindi
  • Good Computer skills
