AIEEE 2012 Cutoffs: I am getting xyz marks, what can i get? Ask all such queries here

i was really upset with that marks and was worried that i will get civil or not .
well what will be my expected rank with 161 marks ?
and will this year's cutoff increase than that of last year's or not ?

AT 161 marks your expected AIR-25000-27000.............In my opinion cutoffs should remain the same......if there is any increase it shouldn't be greater than 5%

BUDDY, please tell me your branch preference order??? I think at this score your best option will be VNIT NAGPUR as you can get almost all the branches there

I would be getting 162 marks in AIEEE 2012 (according to expected rank, i might be getting somewhere around 25000). I am from delhi and general category. i have also given IP university exam. i want to know that should i go for any good college of IP university (such as MAIT) or i should go for Jaypee Noida (CSE) because at these marks i would not be able to get any good NIT or NSIT/DCE...
I have also got admission in VIT Vellore Campus (ECE branch). So, should i prefer this over ip or not??
I have no specific branch preference.
Please help me as i am very confused nowadays.

What minimum marks must be scored in AIEEE 2012 to get admission in NIT Surat (computer science) or DAIICT for a general category student ?? if his home state is Gujarat itself ?? plz reply....is 180 enough ?? cause i am getting around 180....

buddy, at these marks, u can get NIT delhi, bt in later rounds or in spot round as last year, the closing rank for NIT delhi ECE through home state quota was 47k..
i would prefer u 2 go for IP university over Jaypee Noida.. IP university has a brand name that Jaypee is still lacking.. morover, its status as a deemed university is still nt clear..
if u dnt hv any problem in going to andhra pradesh to attend classes for NIT delhi, dn its d best option that you have..

BUDDY there is 50% home state quota for NIT-DELHI................in this 50% ,25% for delhi students and 25% for chandigarh students..........closing rank for delhi students was approx. 16000 in 2011 and 47k for chandigarh students..........
so at 162 marks approx. AIR-24000 to 27000......so there is almost no chances for NIT-D

If you are getting USIT,MAIT or BVP then go for IP otherwise go for JAYPEE NOIDA...........DON't take VIT (ECE)

i got 10300 rank in jee.that was my bad day.i scored 336 in bitsat (mine was on 17th)
and expecting 250 in aieee this year.so what are my chances in pilani.as i m interested in joing pilani campus nt goa r hyd.bt mst probably.i would not be able to get cs.so what should i do.
get electrical r mechanical in pilani.
r get dtu\nsit cs i am from delhi.does delhi factor count .
is iiit h 4year cs possible at this rank.

i hav got 183 marks and 20217 rank . i m from allahabad .
