i HV GOT AN AIEEE rank of 7035 nd state rank of 773(DELHI)
olso got a score of 305 in BITSAT
wat are my best options If i want to persue in CSE(primary) or MECH(secondary)?

You will definitely get CSE in DTU( in later rounds) and that should be your first option........

Buddy, govt. colleges of UP and some private colleges like JSS,AJAY KUMAR GARG,ABES and few more are not in your hand but you can get other decent private colleges through UPTU counselling using your armed force quota..................You can see cutoffs of various colleges of UPTU at seeuptu.nic.in

Using AIEEE rank you can get some private colleges also

tell me some decent colleges which i can get through upsee. dunno what happened to me, as i was confused between boards and jee which resulted in both exams going bad. such performance eas not expected. due to haste i filled wrong options in omr or gained minus marks in many quetions. now i don't wanna take admission in any not so good college, please help i always liked computers also love coding(though i know only primary java)

please list some nice institues which take admission through aieee

hey man, ive already asked for ur guidance on many other threads...thanks for dem..But, here,im in great confusion as my rank in IIIT-D is not up to the mark...its around 350...and ill remind u once again...my aieee AIR is 19336(Delhi general category),,,acc. to last year's cutoff closing rank of mathematics & cmoputing at DTU was 19524,so do i stand a chance?? (as my rank is at the edge),,,or would it be better to take engg.phy in the last round and then upgradation to mathematics and computing(as i dont want ep)....u also said that getting NIT Delhi any branch would be tough for me.......so wat should i do??????
My biggest drawback is that i can pursue engineering only in Delhi, otherwise i would have gone for thapar..........
and one more thing, would it be a rite choice to w8 for spot rounds at DTU????

plz reply asap !!!!!!

Buddy, MCE at this AIR looks really tough as last year 23 obc seats were converted to general ( which includes some seats of MCE) , that's why cutoffs for MCE was AIR>19000, this year it will not go beyond 18500 or even less..........................Since, you don't want to study EP better go for THAPAR

Regarding,spot round I can say that you can wait for spot round but always keep a backup ready......................Also in the spot round ,seats will be available only in the EP,ENE,BIO-TECH and few seats of PCT ...............

So,go for thapar or If you want to study in delhi only,then join any good college under IP-UNIVERSITY like USIT,MAIT,BVP

As u already know that my AIR is 19336(Delhi gen.)......I wanted to ask about my chances of getting EP , MCE at DTU....and one more thing,,,at this rank, can i get DTU in the last (7th) round or would i have to wait fro the spot round ???
