HELP regarding choiceof IIT

i didnt clear jee with very good rank
i want CS but as per last years data i wont be getting it in old IIT's and NO IIT HYDERABAD too (in rest all new IIT's cs available)
so pls guide me what should be the order of choice filling
what would be the best in terms of facilities and campus.
please help soon as choice locking closes soon.

As per new IITs IIT Gandhinagar is best among all IITs and IIT Ropar, rajasthan are also doing well................. anothe IITs are also doing well but very slowly so u should fill thease iits in ascending order............

definitely bhu is better because it is old, well established and many top companies recruit students from there.......................
