    Another big month in tech is coming to a close, and this has been a good one with lots of interesting unveilings with some new and old rivalries unleashed. Here we've showcased the list of Top 5 Tech updates this month and not to be surprised Google Glass tops the chart undoubtedly.

    The biggest revelation came from the giant Google, which finally revealed more about its secretive project Glass, unveiling some of its uses and publishing videos of people wearing them. Sony was the other big company to make a splash this week, unveiling — well sort of, since we haven't really seen it — the PlayStation 4, which will be available at the end of the year. And not to forget it's flagship next generation full HD smartphone Xperia Z coming soon in India.

    1. Google Glass

    Google glass eye wear will be available in the market by the end of 2013 for less than $1,500. It has also been confirmed that Glass will be able to connect via Bluetooth to both Android phones and the iPhone. Glass can pull down data from wifi or use the 3G or 4G feed from a connected phone, but it won't have its own cellular radio.

    2. Sony PlayStation 4

    After six long years of waiting Sony has demonstrated the PlayStation 4 console it claims is the “future of entertainment” — but refused to show off the console itself or say when it will go on sale, or how much it will cost.

    PlayStation fans, your wait is almost over. Sony officially announced the PlayStation 4 at a press event Wednesday, the next generation of its popular console.

    The year Mayans predicted to be the last in the history of mankind, indeed was a great year for technology and the internet in India. We've witnessed a substantial rise in the number of people shopping online or networking.

    4. Samsung Galaxy Altius Smart Watch

    5. Transparent smartphone

    It may be hard to believe but yes this is true in a revolutionary development, a Taiwanese company claims to have developed a gen-next transparent mobile phone which it says will be in the market by the year end. The company, Polytron Technologies, has already begun marketing a transparent multi-touch phone. Its prototype uses a 'Switchable Glass' technology.
