  • Google nexus 7 now available in India at 15,999 INR, via Google Play

    Good News for the Nexus Device lovers and a long wait is now over, for the first time the Google Nexus 7 can be purchased in India via Google Play Store.

    The Google Nexus 7(16 GB) can be bought online at Rs 15,999. The shipping starts April 5 and the 7-inch tablet is certainly one of the most-awaited tablets in the Indian market.
    What makes it special? It's Google's flagship tablet and has a micro USB port (unlike Apple's iPads).

    Currently, the WiFi only 16 GB is the only version available for purchase via the online store in India.

    The Nexus 7 was first showcased in June 2012 and went on sale from mid-July. At the time of its launch, the 8GB Wi-Fi version of Nexus 7 was available for $199, but it has since been replaced by a 16GB version at the same price.

    The device comes with a 1.2 MP front-facing camera, Quad-core processor, 4325 mAH (Up to 8 hours of active use) battery and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
