Full papers not exceeding 6 pages a per IEEE format available on the conference website are invited. All the papers will be subjected to a review process through an international review panel before final acceptance. Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors prior to the camera ready paper submission. All submissions have to be done online through the website. For publication in the proceedings, the conference committee must have received the following before the deadline,

Prospective Authors are required to create an account in the conference management system in order to upload their submission and to keep track of the status. Authors are requested to provide a valid email address as the user-id and the system will generate a password. The password will be sent to the user-id mentioned and prospective authors are requested to login with these credentials in order to upload their submissions.
All email notifications will be sent to the email id provided at this stage. Authors are requested to submit the manuscript (pdf format) without the authors’ names and affiliations for review. Accommodation will be arranged for all registered participants in nearby hotels/ guest houses on request. The expenses towards accommodation have to be borne by the participants. Delegates interested in booking accommodation may send their request along with an advance payment of Rs. 500/- per person. This is to ensure confirmed accommodation.
