Aspirants, who wish to apply for Maharashtra Technology Common Entrance Test MT CET (MHT CET) 2013 for B.Tech Admissions in various engineering Colleges in the State are hereby Informed that the Directorate of technical Education Maharashtra State has Decided to Conduct Medical Entrance Exam Separately. The State Government of Maharashtra has Decided to Join NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Organized by Medical Council of India for Medical seat Admissions in India so the Name MHT CET is changed to MT CET. So From Next Academic year MHT CET will be Called as MT CET Entrance Test.
The MHTCET 2013 Application forms have not yet released and will be out by the third week of March, 2013. The candidates can till then get the exam idea from the following information based on last year.
MHTCET 2013 Application Form can be obtained from the office of Principal/Head of Institution in which the candidate has passed or appearing for HSC exam from the Third week of March 2013. The candidates, who have not passed their HSC Exam from the state of Maharashtra, can go through the list given in the brochure, to know how to obtain the MHTCET 2013 Application Form.
The candidates have to pay Rs.700/- (OPEN) and Rs.500/- (Reserved) Via a DD drawn in favor of Competent Authority, MH-CET, Maharashtra. The candidates of DEFENCE category can also obtain the MHTCET 2013 Application Form by paying a DD of Rs. 700/- by any commercial bank mentioned in the prospectus.
The candidates have to fill the form in their own handwriting with Blue/Black Ball point pen.
The last date of submission of MHTCET 2013 Application Form complete in all respects in the office of Principal/Head of Institution will around the end of March 2013.
Application forms sent via Post/Courier will be rejected at once.
Incomplete/Incorrectly Filled MHTCET 2013 Application Forms will lead to rejection.
The candidates who submit more than one form will also be rejected.
After submitting the Application form, the candidates can obtain their Receipt-cum-Identity Card which should be preserved until the completion of admission process and are required at the time of exam and choice filling and admission.
