    It would have been preferable if CBSE had opted to use a more appropriate title than "open book test", since books will not be allowed inside the examination hall. As per the common understanding of most people, "open book exam" implies being allowed to refer to books inside the examination hall, which is not the case in what CBSE has in mind. I say this due to the following statement extracted from the above article - "However, students will not be allowed books inside the examination hall." So as per my opinion it would be more appropriate of CBSE to name the exam something other than "open book test" as that is misleading.
